The Payroll Operations Specialist will ensure timely communication and resolution of all banking related matters. This role will be responsible for maintaining up to date client banking profiles to ensure a smooth client experience.  A successful candidate will have great communication and critical thinking skills.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Maintains ACH returns and initiates transactional resolution for each item
• Initiates stop payments, reversals, deletions and any other one-off banking items
• Reconciles ACH files to confirm that client payroll deposits are processed timely
• Research everyday banking notifications on behalf of clients
• Interacts with client directly regarding banking inquiries
• Assists in auditing printed payrolls

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$44,000—$70,000 USD
