YOUR IMPACT

As a People Advisor in our Culture and People (C&P) department, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads and other stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and objectives of specific business areas. In essence, you will act as a bridge between EQS departments and the Culture and People organization, developing and facilitating the implementation of initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.

  • You’re the first point of contact for advising our global teams! You excel at giving guidance on personnel-related matters and equipping Team Leads to make informed decisions that drive successful outcomes.
  • You enable, consult, coach our Team Leads on a range of people skills and strategic topics, such as performance management and growth to ensure we retain and develop key talent. 
  • You are adept and confident in diligently advising Team Leads on labor law queries and liaising with lawyers, especially in critical cases, including support in negotiations. 
  • Based on your experiences and skills, you drive organizational change projects in different areas (e.g. leadership and strategic workforce planning, development programs, policy roll-out) and provide regular reporting and updates to senior management. 
  • As an interface between the business and Culture & People team (C&P), you align the global people strategy with the priorities of the business, as well as guide your assigned business areas in implementing new C&P processes and projects. 

THIS IS YOU

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a People Advisory or Business Partner role, or 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. 
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, Labor Law, or have comparable work experience. In addition, you are proficient in German and English. 
  • You possess sound knowledge and practical experience in German labor law, and with your strong problem-solving skills, leaders can rely on you for advice. 
  • You bring experience in strategic conception, development, and implementation of scalable people processes. 
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced international matrix organization because you thrive in diverse, multicultural and growth-oriented environments. 
  • You have an empathetic approach and strong people skills which enable you to be a trusted partner in change management.
  • You are comfortable working with sensitive and time-critical matters, and you handle them with discretion, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Self-driven and proactive, you are comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality work. 
  • At the same time, you are a communicative team player who values collaboration and transparency.
