About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results.

This role will report to the Senior People Business Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM), and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best-in-class employee experience for all Mixpanelers.

The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of HR and a strong foundation in employment practices across EMEA. You bring strong EQ, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate people situations with care and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor and evaluate feedback channels and contribute to initiatives that optimize the employee experience.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances company, internal, and external stakeholder considerations.
  • Maintain awareness of HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across EMEA to recommend best practices in the application of HR systems and policies.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience consulting leaders and driving business results as a People Business Partner.
  • Broad HR knowledge across topics including talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, and HR policy.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality.
  • Strong EQ and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way.
  • Experience acting as a consultative partner to managers and leaders, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; adaptable and resilient in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
