People Coordinator RoleYou'll work within a multidisciplinary People Team specialised in everything from talent acquisition to payroll, we are all about promoting an exceptional work environment for our MVFers. As the People Coordinator, you're not just an admin wizard—you're the go-to person for MVFers when they have queries. You provide essential support to our People Team, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience throughout the organisation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

People Experience

  • Manage the People Team inbox and answer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Process changes in employee statuses, from new hires to promotions, within our HRIS platforms.
  • Prepare quarterly EA reports on personnel changes and SLA adherence.

Admin & Reporting

  • Own the data integrity in Cascade, our HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on people metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic personnel files and training records.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal courses, ensure availability of learning materials, and update Degreed pathways.
  • Assign mandatory training to new starters.
  • Support new initiatives in learning and development.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Accurate and prompt data entry.
  • SLAs and KPIs met consistently.
  • Go-to person for all HRIS and People Operations related queries.
  • Efficient, automated workflows that save time.

 

Our Ideal MVFer:

  • Experience with HRIS, ideally Cascade.
  • Excel proficiency and a willingness to develop these skills.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Commercially focused and adaptable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively.
  • CIPD qualification or in the process of acquiring one.
