The People Data Analyst specializes in applying statistical models to employee data, allowing enterprise leaders to identify opportunities to maximize human resources management. The People Data Analyst works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities.

  

What you’ll be spending your time on:  

  • Analyzing and reporting on data sets for a particular area to evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of business strategies and operational processes. 
  • Applying statistical models to employee data, allowing enterprise leaders to identify opportunities to maximize human resources management. 
  • Developing and maintaining metrics, reporting and dashboards for all areas of human resources.
  • Conduct data audits and validations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Have you done this kind of stuff?  

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • 2 years of relevant experienc
  • Knowledge: demonstrates professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Problem Solving: Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Collaboration: Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.

Not a must but a great advantage:  

  • Experience extracting data from HRIS and other systems, including SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Microsoft 365 Suite, Culture Amp. 
  • Experience creating analytics, statistical models, and data visualizations using tools such as SAP Stories, Greenhouse, Power BI, Excel (advanced), Tableau, and Workday. 
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and systems and data management.
  • Experience merging data from multiple sources to create analytics. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of relevant global data protection and compliance requirements, including GDPR and best practices regarding managing personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).
