We are seeking an innovative and forward thinking People (HR) Analyst to join HelloFresh’s People team.  In this role, you will be at the forefront of utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making, with a particular focus on owning and optimizing our headcount planning process.

  • Gather and maintain People data, ensuring its integrity and accuracy to drive reliable insights.
  • Develop robust dashboards and reports that pull employee information from our various HR tools/systems.  Use this data to provide regular updates on key People metrics, such as retention, performance, and diversity.  
  • Utilize data to present insights that inform HR strategies. Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports that support various stakeholders within the People team and beyond.
  • Take full ownership of the headcount planning process. Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize existing processes, support department heads in building staffing plans for budgeting, and facilitate month-over-month spend tracking. Develop mechanisms to support additional headcount additions outside of the regular budgeting process, ensuring seamless collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams.
  • Optimize the equity administration process to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.  
  • Collaborate with the People team and the business to identify areas for process improvement and automation, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of People operations.
  • Be open to all other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the People team and organization.

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field, or the equivalent of 3+ years of experience with HR data analytics 
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including experience with Excel and Tableau
  • Experience working with Workday would be an asset
  • Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and strong attention to detail
  • Manages change effectively while being mindful of technology and business process implications
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
