The People Operations Coordinator supports our employee life cycle with a specific focus on creating a seamless process for recruitment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys structure and brings a service-first mindset. You’ll focus heavily on interview scheduling, new hire agreements, and recruiting support, while also contributing to HR coordination initiatives across the employee’s lifecycle. 

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate interviews across global time zones with accuracy and professionalism
  • Track onboarding task completion to ensure alignment with payroll deadlines 
  • Handle employment verifications 
  • Prepare general employment letters and new hire agreements  
  • Support immigration-related documentation and processes  
  • Own job requisition workflows, including ticketing, configuration in ATS, and scheduling kick-off meetings 
  • Provide timely and clear communication to candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience 
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports, ensuring data integrity within the ATS 
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, including offer letters and background check coordination 
  • Contribute to ad hoc recruitment initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts 
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of People Operations, including data entry, document management, and support ticket tracking 
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure documentation is filed and accessible as required.

HR Coordination Support

  • Update employee records and assist with data accuracy in our HRIS  
  • Help administer routine HR processes (e.g., documentation, compliance tracking) 
  • Support execution of people initiatives and respond to internal HR-related queries.

Here's What You Need:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources or Business Administration)
  • 1-3+ years experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or people operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills in a dynamic setting
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Ability to think on your feet and make adaptable last-minute changes with a calm, solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
