About this role : 

We are looking for a part-time People Operations in Bangalore to help our People & Culture Team to ensure our HR operations run smoothly.You will be the primary contact for HR and labor matters for our Indian employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to person when it comes to employee experience for all our people in Bangalore. This includes keeping up with all administration (vacation, sick leave, special leave, pregnancy, benefits…) across the employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding.
  • To oversee all aspects of our daily operations at our Bangalore office; showcasing a 5* employee experience standard in line with our values
  • Be in charge with HR paperwork and ensure we are compliant with local legislation (contracts, amendments, reference letters, confirmations,)
  • Ensure its accuracy by managing the data in our HRIS
  • Manage and support visa processes with our external provider
  • Support payroll and be sparring partner to our external payroll partner
  • Support on Global HR and HRIS projects for continuous improvement of the employee experience
  • Proactively select, interview and negotiate contracts with vendors; then manage these accordingly
  • Partner with local stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive cross-collaboration
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities. You’ll be a go-to, in-demand figure in the office.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively digitally, and in person across all levels of management.
Your Profile:
  • At least 2 year of relevant work experience in a generalist HR / People Operations role (preferably in the Start-up world)
  • Good knowledge of all HR administration areas with a focus on the Indian labor law
  • Organisational talent

  • Strong communication skills, independent and an accurate way of working
