We are seeking driven, and excited individuals who are passionate in contributing towards the success of the company. As the Platform Manager, you are the key leader in identifying, selecting, and onboarding third-party platforms. You serve as the primary point of contact for partners, establishing key performance indicators, and driving process improvements to enhance the value delivered by third-party platforms. This is a role that blends external business development and cross functional relationship building with internal stakeholders, while supporting the organisation's strategic goals.

You will be responsible for:

Third-Party Platform Selection and Onboarding

  • Identifying potential third-party platforms that align with the organisation's needs and objectives
  • Leading the selection and onboarding process, including negotiations, contracts, and legal agreements

Relationship Management

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with third-party partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the organisation's goals
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for partners and addressing any issues or concerns

Performance Monitoring

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of third-party platforms or vendors
  • Regularly evaluating partner performance and addressing any discrepancies or performance issues

Contract Management

  • Managing contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and legal agreements with third-party platform
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and terms

Performance Improvement

  • Working with partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovation
  • Implementing strategies to enhance the value delivered by third-party platforms.

Technology Integration

  • Overseeing the integration of third-party technology solutions into the organisation's existing systems and processes

Financial Oversight

  • Managing financial aspects of partnerships, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking
  • Negotiating pricing and terms to optimise cost-effectiveness

Communication and Collaboration

  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between the organization and third-party partners
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential new partners, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintaining records, reports, and documentation related to third-party partnerships and performance.

The skills, attitude and experience we require are:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ of work experience in business development and/or channel partnership building
  • Problem-solver with a blend of strategic and hands-on skills to independently manage the execution of work
  • Strong analytical and relationship building skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools, and influence others to adopt new ways of working
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal interpersonal skills
