The role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting into the Head of National Marketing Activations, to manage our Deliveroo Plus Programme for France.

Deliveroo Plus is our monthly subscription programme live in 9 of our markets and an important strategic pillar to our business. Plus creates value for consumers and increases the frequency with which they transact, increasing their CLV and driving loyalty to our platform.

You will act as the business owner for the Plus programme for the French market and proactively pursue initiatives to help grow the programme through lifecycle growth, benefits & partnerships

Missions:

  • You will work hand in hand with global Plus teams in the UK. You will create strong relationships and use your influence to advocate for local market strategic priorities. 

You will ensure we are aligned on the strategic roadmap, launch of new features & experimentations agenda. 

  • In partnership with the central team and our Finance & Strategy team, you will oversee the performance of the Plus programme in France
  • You’ll secure insights and deeply understand our users, our market and the competitive landscape in order to craft a compelling value proposition for our local customers and identify growth opportunities.
  • You’ll be responsible for developing propositions that enhance the appeal of the programme for our local customers. You will need to be able to size & prioritise levers to achieve customer & P&L outcomes.
  • You will craft local marketing plans to ensure we drive awareness, engagement & retention on the programme. You will coordinate with the rest of the marketing team (CRM, restaurant, hyperlocal) to ensure state of the art implementation of the campaigns.
  • You will track the impact of your propositions against key success metrics

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience, ideally in high growth consumer facing organisations
  • Master’s degree
  • Marketing professional with loyalty strategy, proposition and customer engagement experience
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data & financials
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience working in matrixed organisations
  • Excellent English required
