As a PMO Coordinator, you will be a key contributor in supporting Product Development project management practices, driving project excellence, and enable improvement of project delivery performance. You will help govern, track, and report on the PD Initiatives portfolios, while enabling better decision-making through metrics and insights. This role also plays a vital part in fostering a structured, data-informed, and delivery-oriented culture. 

The successful candidate will bring a combination of analytical acumen, an understanding of project delivery methods, and the ability to embed tools and processes that help teams thrive. You’ll be working closely with Programme, Project & Delivery Managers, Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to drive improvements in how projects are planned, executed, and measured.

As a PMO Coordinator, you will support project management practices in Product Development, driving project excellence and improving delivery performance. You will govern, track, and report on PD Initiatives, enabling better decisions through data and insights. Working with Programme, Project & Delivery Managers, Product, and Engineering, you will help embed tools and processes that foster a structured, data-driven, and delivery-focused culture. 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 
  • Support governance and operational processes across the PD Initiatives portfolio, including forums with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Define, develop and maintain KPIs to monitor delivery health, timelines, risks, and value realisation 
  • Build and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and JIRA 
  • Support tracking and reporting on portfolio performance to inform leadership decisions 
  • Facilitate the adoption of PMO processes, standards, and tooling across teams 
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of delivery practices and portfolio operations 
  • Prepare and maintain structured documentation for projects, KPIs, and reporting 
  • Support change management efforts across teams to embed best practices in projects. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose solutions. 

 

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • 1–3 years in a PMO, project coordination, or business operations role 
  • Experience supporting delivery in an Agile, hybrid, or traditional environment 
  • Proven experience creating dashboards and reports (Power BI, DAX, SQL preferred) 
  • Exposure to structured project management practices (Prince2 or equivalent) 
  • Prince2 Practitioner certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and project planning tools 
  • Highly organised, structured, and proactive approach to work
