You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and maintain scalable low-code solutions that integrate with Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. 

Solution Development & Integration 

• Design and develop custom Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve user experiences. 
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support real-time insights and decision-making. 
• Create and manage Power Virtual Agents to enable self-service and conversational automation. 
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Partner with departmental champions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and stakeholders. 

Governance & Continuous Improvement 

• Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, proactively recommending improvements. 

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform:  
  • Power Apps 
  • Power Automate 
  • Power BI
  • Power Virtual Agents 

• Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. 
• Skilled in documenting technical designs, best practices, and training materials. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments. 
• Familiarity with Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with governance and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions. 
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles. 
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise environments. 
• Ability to mentor and support citizen developers.
