Location:London, England, United Kingdom (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Presentation Design Project Manager will be a pivotal partner and help shape the growth and development of our clients by ensuring the smooth creation of great work that we can all be proud of. Presentation Design Project Managers are responsible for owning the creative process as delivery leads, working alongside our existing talented team to drive a project from brief to delivery. They will resource and schedule work accordingly, ensuring the right talent is assigned to fulfil projects to the highest standards, and working hand-in-hand with the Presentation Design Manager. Ideal candidates have experience in financial services and are comfortable supporting a variety of creative projects.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reports to Presentation Designer Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

 

  • Managing the team’s creative process and workflow to deliver timely projects and assets, under supervision of Presentation Designer Manager
  • Overseeing project plans for creative production, this will include planning, scoping requirements, scheduling, resource allocation and quality control
  • Working with designers, and extended design services, to ensure we are meeting client's project brief
  • Tracking creative project progress and issues; mitigate potential risk by finding and communicating solutions, escalating any issues or concerns to the Presentation Design Manager
  • During your shift you will be the main point of client contact throughout the lifecycle of a project, acting as their account liaison. Overall, you are responsible for project and account governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard
  • Lead role in shaping and progressing the efficiency of the team across project accounts. Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes
  • Create and manage the delivery of project documentation effectively monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing elevation opportunities to ensure projects are delivered on brief and on time
  • Manage the flow of internal communications, ensuring information is disseminated across the team as appropriate
  • Cooperating with the wider project management team and workflow coordinators to ensure resource is planned effectively and efficiently
  • Coach and mentor team members and lead with a strong, exemplary work ethic, to ensure best practices are followed at all times. Providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Proficient understanding of technical specifications, with the ability to mentor others in this area
  • Fully immerse into the client’s brand; learn and understand the challenges of the brand and its position within the market
  • Partnering with creative teams across EMEA & APAC to manage global creative production
  • Foster a positive, results-driven work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and new technologies
  • Resolve team conflicts and manage personnel issues, escalating as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects as necessary. Escalating any issues or concerns to the Presentation Design Manager

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

 

  • You must have had exposure working in a client facing capacity
  • 4 years’ experience working with print and digital IBD project briefs
  • Financial sector experience is a must
  • 4 years’ experience working with a workflow management tool
  • 4 years of advertising agency experience is strongly preferred
  • You will be ambitious to progress quickly
  • Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record directing a variety of integrated projects for Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong track record of managing external client relationships
  • Strong track record of working within an Investment Banking Department
