The Brand team is responsible for business outcomes, strategic thinking, craft, quality, and taste. You will be responsible for pushing the brand over time, imbuing the brand into every function of the company, and working with marketing on regional and global campaigns. 

The Principal Brand Designer at Personio is a pivotal role responsible for bringing our brand to life and imbuing it into everything we do. You will play a critical role in creating compelling, bold, original, imaginative work that communicates our brand's essence and grows customer love.

This role reports to the Director of Brand.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Create high fidelity prototyping of brand work, from digital experiences, print, marketing campaigns, and in-person events to show opportunities and get buy-in

• You will push and uphold quality work, focusing on making us different and bold

• Be opinionated in how the brand can show up in different marketplaces and experiences

• Build upon, and improve, existing frameworks and templates that allows others to move faster and do higher quality work

• You will be responsible for campaigns, end-to-end

• The ability to take various inputs from different teams, develop a point of view and narrative, and create 2-3 directions. You will also work with other designers to build out the full campaign experience.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• 12+ years of professional experience as a brand designer

• The ability to quickly prototype and sketch ideas

• Expanding and building upon existing frameworks and templates

• Maintaining quality and consistency for every brand experience

• Deep understanding of brand strategy, business goals, and team roadmaps

• Guide work by setting direction, acting as a trusted influencer, mentoring designers to ensure high-quality work

$235,000 a year + equity + benefits

Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include equity, or benefits, if applicable.
