Our next landmark project is the €12M second-location expansion of our food production facilities. This high-impact Capital Investment Project is designed to scale our production capabilities by seamlessly merging the proven knowledge of our running facilities with newly improved, cutting-edge laboratory technologies. As the End-to-End Technology Process Owner within our CapEx team, you will bridge the gap between R&D and operations, guiding the technical lifecycle from initial flow diagrams to full-scale production. You aren't just managing a transfer; you are engineering the scalable, future-proof blueprint of our manufacturing footprint.

• Own the End-to-end Technology Process and be a core member of the CapEx team for a €20M second-location expansion project.
• Lead the technology transfer by combining knowledge from existing facilities with lab-scale innovations, coordinating between R&D and operations to ensure technical feasibility and successful process scaling.
• Review and document process concepts, flow diagrams, and key process parameters for seamless integration into capital project designs.
• Participate in design reviews to validate that all equipment and plant layouts meet the specific technical requirements of the production process.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the entire documentation and project lifecycle.

•  You bring a proven track record in Process Engineering, specifically within the food, pharma, or powder processing industries (e.g., flour or ingredients).
• You are a Scaling Expert who has successfully navigated the transition from lab/pilot phase to full-scale production, translating technical requirements into high-performing automated production lines.
• You speak the language of Engineering & Automation, mastering everything from Process Flow Diagrams (AutoCAD) to complex Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with external suppliers.
• You are Execution-Driven who practices "Backward Thinking" meaning starting with the result and driving the project forward with assertiveness, clear decision-making, and a hands-on ownership mentality.
• You are based at our Munich Headquarters but thrive on being where the action is, traveling regularly to Pilsen to coordinate directly with the teams on-site.
• You are fluent in English, with the ability to communicate pro-actively across departments. Proficiency in German or Czech would be a significant advantage for our local operations.
