What's the opportunity? 🤔The Procurement Administrator provides expertise in processes and systems, managing the requisition to PO workflow and supporting business partners in the process. The candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of business-wide procurement processes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain smooth procurement operations. Reporting to the head of procurement, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the procurement process.
What will I be doing? 🚀-
Manage the requisition to PO flow, assisting stakeholders in raising requisitions following up until PO is sent to supplier (Coupa) and contract documentation is fully executed (Ironclad). Manage the purchase order process from start to finish (P2P)

Supplier onboarding/vetting - Support internal stakeholders with initial vendor requests and assist supply base with onboarding in Coupa - This should start once we go live with the new supplier onboarding forms

Provide procurement support and training for stakeholders where necessary - Offer guidance and support to stakeholders during the procurement process

Create strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and Intercom’s procurement requisition to PO process is followed

Adhere to company's procurement policies and procedures

Review requisitions and make sure that they are complete, that they accurately describe the good/service being purchased and that it captures the agreed price.

Ensure requisitions are issued in accordance with Interomcom’s requirements before approving them, process and approve in a timely manner

Collaborate with AP team to ensure timely payment of invoices

Liaise with Coupa admin team to resolve day-to-day system challenges for stakeholders

Daily procurement activities - understands and performs daily tactical and operational activities as necessary
Minimum of 2 years relevant procurement experienceProven relevant experience with P2P systems, preferably Coupa

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $111,400 - $130,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least two days per week.
