YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Product Intern you will collaborate closely with the Product Managers and support on product discovery, evaluation of the usage and impact of our products and new product features and analyse the performance to guide and shape the continued development of our products. In this role you will combine business understanding with customer knowledge and data analysis and initially support the Product Manager and Fleet logic team that is responsible for effective operations and making the most out of every vehicle for our customers, with the team objective to improve vehicle availability and reliability through data, machine learning and AI. The Product Intern will report directly to our VP product and contribute to the success of our product and customer experience from day one. This will include: 

• Working on product discovery to identify the largest customer pain points and support on shaping the opportunities taking the customer experience to the next level
• Evaluating the impact of our products, analysing and identifying areas for improvement as well as evaluating the results from A/B tests and impact of new features, improved models and automations
• Supporting on shaping how we track product performance and impact, e.g. creating or improving metrics and dashboards for re-balancing in Steep
• Analysing variations in product performance across Voi cities, present the insights to central- and market stakeholders to guide and optimise the usage of market specific configurations
• Be an integral part of the product function and collaborate closely with the VP Product and Product Managers to contribute to the success of our products and a stellar customer experience across all cities

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an ambitious, business minded and analytical student looking to build a career in product management. In addition to being fluent in English, independent, collaborative and curious about tech, product development and data, we believe the right person has:

• 1-2 years remaining on a Masters degree in engineering, data, business or equivalent
• Experience from structured problem solving, data analysis and presenting the insights with senior stakeholders
• Experience from managing projects and collaborating in a large team
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as SQL, Python, R or C++
