We are looking for a Product Lead to join our team and manage one of the core domains within Email, part of Yotpo’s Communications product.Yotpo Communications product is our SMS & Email marketing product that is rapidly growing and evolving, serving dozens of thousands of merchants and millions of consumers every month. You’ll be responsible for one of the most significant and impactful areas of our SMS & Email products, the user onboarding and activation domain, therefore taking an integral part in its success.
The ideal candidate should be able to get into the finest details, craft engaging user experience, innovate in a challenging domain and lead our engineers to evolve our product in a scalable, stable manner with great performance.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End product ownership of the Onboarding and activation domain: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
- Create the domain’s vision & strategy, manage KPIs and milestones, define priorities and constantly assess opportunities and risks
- Hands-on Product work: define product scope, users stories, use cases, write product specifications and build prototypes, collaborating with a strong team of engineers onsite and remotely.
- Lead & manage the SMS & Email Products’ Growth function - lead the growth activities, define growth focus & goals that align with the business goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of the market, competition, customers, and the business
- Lead and collaborate closely with analytical, technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within Yotpo, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Yotpo Platform.
The Ideal candidate
- 4+ years of experience working as a hands-on Product Manager in a product-first company
- 2+ years experience as Product Lead, managing product managers or similar roles, while leading the product end-to-end
- Exceptional user experience approach, breaking down and deeply understanding users' behavior
- Expert analytical skills with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate data insights, and methodical approach to problem solving
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English
- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, define features, and technical designs.
- Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage competing priorities
- An independent, highly organized, and self-motivated worker
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Experience working in B2B/B2C /SaaS/eCommerce marketing — an advantage
- Experience working in Onboarding/Growth domains - an advantage
