Product Manager IT & ERP (Xentral) m/w/d
Your mission
- As a System Owner, you accompany the entire development process and the ongoing operation of our Xentral ERP environment in the context of our E-Commerce business.
- You coordinate our E-Commerce business requirements with stakeholders and prioritize them in a product roadmap and plans to ensure the continuous development and improvement of our Xentral solution, coordinating the corresponding activities.
- You act as a central point of contact and coordinate our service providers for the optimization, configuration, and automation of the Xentral environment.
- You lead and organize technical project meetings, create concepts based on the identified requirements, and ensure that our standards are adhered to during implementation.
- You design specifications for data exchange between our E-Commerce applications, the Xentral ERP system, and other third-party applications (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Datev, international warehouses, retailer and manufacturers).
- You support our colleagues in the team to generate joint success in the E-Commerce environment.
- You develop training materials and concepts for the further education of our customers and internal colleagues related to Xentral and our E-Commerce strategy.
- You have a university degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, Business Studies, or a comparably acquired qualification.
- Solid professional experience in Xentral and/or comparable ERP systems form your foundation.
- You have extensive knowledge in project management.
- You have the ability to understand even technically complex business requirements and possess strategic thinking and effective decision-making capabilities.
- Technical skills to understand interfaces and precisely define requirements.
- Fluent German language skills and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
