About the roleWe are searching for a passionate and highly collaborative Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Manager to execute the product vision and build a robust roadmap, focusing on pricing product data lake, analytics, and AI/ML. You will be responsible for translating the vision into concrete plans, driving execution, and measuring success.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Syncron Price, a leading SAAS Product designed to optimize aftermarket pricing strategies. Syncron Price empowers businesses to maximize parts revenue, safeguard market position, and deliver value to customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and utilization of Syncron Price, ensuring it delivers its full potential for our clients.
What would you do?- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the overall product vision and translate it into a detailed roadmap and backlog.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing pricing strategies and product features.
- Envision, Define & implement pricing strategies relevant analytics that maximize revenue and growth and profitability for our customers.
- Champion the data lake initiative, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and alignment with product needs.
- Work with data scientists to leverage analytics and AI/ML to drive product innovation, implementation, and efficiency.
- Defining Product Functionalities, Features, User stories for Product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams to break down product features into achievable tasks, understand technical feasibility, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with UX teams to conduct user research, validate product designs, and ensure optimal user experience.
- Lead and manage scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, driving the scrum team towards consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Proactively identify and address roadblocks and dependencies to ensure smooth product development progress.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively to the cross-functional team.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in product management, pricing, data lakes, analytics, and AI/ML.
- Demonstrate experience in leveraging data, analytics, and statistical modelling to inform product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and ensure product effectiveness.
- Possess a strong understanding of data-driven methodologies and be able to translate complex data insights into actionable plans for product development.
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, ideally with a focus on B2B products.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of aftersales pricing strategies and methodologies.
- Experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications in product development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
