Role highlights

Yotpo’s looking for someone who thrives on building and scaling shared infrastructure that enables products to work better together. The Platform team is the heart of our multi-product ecosystem, responsible for seamless integrations and foundational capabilities that empower Yotpo’s core offerings like Reviews, Loyalty, SMS, and Email marketing. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing solutions that impact thousands of merchants and millions of consumers worldwide.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a hands-on Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager, ideally working with platform or infrastructure products.
• You’re a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, transforming business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• You are independent, organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities with attention to detail.
• You excel at communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Shape the Yotpo ecosystem: Define and manage the Platform team’s backlog, ensuring it aligns with our broader product and business goals.
• Drive innovation: Work closely with engineers to develop scalable and robust infrastructure, emphasizing performance and reliability.
• Foster cross-team collaboration: Serve as the central hub for communication between different product lines, driving platform stability and growth.
• Identify opportunities: Analyze data and trends to recommend and implement enhancements that push Yotpo’s technology forward.
