As a Yotpo Associate Operations Manager, you will focus on optimizing the operation of our Revenue Organization. If you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and you’re always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you! 

We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a solution oriented mindset, attention to details, and willingness to manage multiple priorities.

You will:

  • Manage complex projects involving various stakeholders.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business. 
  • Collaborate across a range of internal stakeholders: Business applications, BI, Legal, Finance, Product etc. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between different teams across the company
  • Identify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those.
  • Design processes and flows - automations and people - to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

About you:

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in Revenue/business operations roles, project management roles or consulting
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
  • Excellent communications and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience in leading complex projects - a must
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
