About the role: 

Nintex’s Strategy & Operations team is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery and execution of a portfolio of business transformation initiatives related to the company’s operational and commercial footprint. The project manager will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations and work closely with the Chief People Officer, CFO, and other internal stakeholders across the finance, product, people, GTM, and legal organizations. 

The project manager role is a full-time, 12-month contract-based position with the option to extend based on business needs and individual desire to grow with the company.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Partner with Head of Strategy & Operations and Chief People Officer to scope and define success for a portfolio of strategic projects related to the company’s geographic footprint 
    • Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives related to the company’s commercial and operational footprint, responsible for project scopes, workplans, and timelines  
    • Lead recurring project meetings to ensure deliverables are on track, delegate tasks, and hold owners accountable 
    • Partner with individual stakeholders to ensure the work gets done effectively and efficiently 
    • Conduct ad hoc financial and scenario analysis to support in decision making  
    • Stand up tracking mechanisms and governance processes to measure progress in a quantitative manner  
    • Keep project artifacts updated so team members can reference them on an as-needed basis 
  • Work closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations and Chief People Officer to lead regular milestone updates with the executive leadership team to read out on progress, make project decisions, and address roadblocks 
  • Proactively track and mitigate before they can become roadblocks  
  • Transparently communicate changes to project objectives or timelines, building alignment and trust with the product team(s)

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management, specifically related to optimizing geographic footprints and operationalizing global delivery centers 
  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional project teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to connect the dots and clearly see what needs to get done 
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships across the business and lead with influence 
  • Comfortable holding stakeholders accountable for delivering on the work they are responsible for 
  • Able to balance competing interests and ensure all project objectives are met in a timely manner 
  • Excellent at distilling complex issues into clear summaries and updates for many parts of the organization to understand 
  • Flexible and comfortable accommodating rapid change and adapting plans as needed 
  • Experience managing or standing up a physical office is a plus
