Pinterest Academy is Pinterest’s global education program for partners looking to make the most out of Pinterest’s advertising platform. With offerings spanning from eLearning, webinars, and certification, our goal is to equip agencies, enterprise clients, and SMBs with everything they need to run successful campaigns on our platform. This is a highly cross-functional global team, with key stakeholders in product marketing, sales, IT, and more.

We are looking for a Project Manager to come support our global webinar program. This individual will specifically be responsible for the production of our webinar curriculum in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC and project managing all stages of the process from content creation to final production. In addition to webinars, this individual will also spend part of their time supporting our eLearning and Certification efforts across regions. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of Pinterest Academy webinar series including planning, scheduling, marketing promotion, post-event analysis, and global packaging and delivery. 
  • Collaborate with internal localisation on content translation timeline and review iterate on localisation processes for the entire Pinterest Academy program.
  • Tactically lead the creative development work streams for each virtual event. 
  • Co-lead content creation efforts with subject matter experts; ensure core topical content is aligned with business and learning needs.  
  • Manage all technical aspects of webinars, troubleshoot issues, and pursue technical additional advancements as needed. 
  • Track, analyse, and report on webinar progress and results. Distill insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Support day-to-day processes of our other learning pillars, eLearning and Certification

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
  • Proven experience project managing programs with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail on production timelines, day-of activations, annual planning, and development workstreams
  • Proficiency in virtual event tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Passion for creating immersive and engaging marketing experiences, both virtual and in-person
