Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid)
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Project Manager will be a team leader across all our eleven markets. Touching all brands and working with both internal & external departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful running of the projects; they will be responsible for overall campaign management. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have both strong client lead and strong project management abilities. Digital content and particularly social exposure are a must. You will have delivered digital content and social projects for clients, from briefing through creative to publishing. You’ll be a social native, with a strong understanding of what makes great engaging content and best practice across channels and platforms. You’ll need to be adept at coordinating all facets of a successful client project or campaign. The ability to juggle competing priorities is also key.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Work in true collaboration with clients and be responsible for a seamless successful project and product as the outcome.
- Working as part of a team to ensure campaigns and assets are delivered on time.
- Working alongside internal and external teams (Transcreation, Producers…).
- Managing projects from beginning to end with clear communication on a regular basis on milestones, targets, goals, and deadlines.
- Planning projects from the initial stages through to final delivery.
- Acting as the lead contact for clients during projects.
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project.
- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved.
- Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending, and cost changes.
- Working in a team of 10.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients.
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project.
- The ability to develop and put forward the best process in tackling project data gathering and storing.
- The ability to host clear, efficient, and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off, discovery and so on, using a project methodology.
- Effective communication skills that are tailored for the recipients.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Experience in digital/social sectors.
- 4 years of relevant experience in:
o Digital
o Print
o Motion Graphics
o Web Design
o UX-UI
o Artwork
o Production
