Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. We’re there from start to finish.

Job description.Huge is seeking a Project Manager to join our Program Delivery team. In this role you will oversee project teams, establish ways of working, and collaborate, one-on-one with a variety of cross craft partners and clients. Additionally you will operate and thrive in a dynamic environment where your focus is set on meeting and exceeding deliverable requirements, all while assessing work stream shifts and proactively managing risk in order to deliver the best possible outcomes. 

What we’d like to see:

• Requires an understanding of content management systems (CMS: Brightspot, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace) and websites in general.
• Able to enter content into specialized CMS.
• Strong communication and expertise in leading strategic discussions & presentations to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Track record of working at depth within a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or design agencies.
• Excellent understanding of technology development and the design lifecycle.
• In depth appreciation for design and user experience and have expert knowledge on the end to end process of delivery of such products.
• Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work and deliver.
• Gravitas and command of a room.

What you’ll be doing.

• You will meet deliverable requirements and oversee a project team consisting of creative, strategy and technology to name a few. 
• You will manage and set client expectations, ensuring internal and external team members are set up for excellent success. 
• You will orchestrate, manage and have complete oversight of large scale website design and builds.
• You will manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks all while operating within project management processes and methodologies.
• You will focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams and the program as a whole.
• Manage projects spanning from digital products and platforms to content management and commerce.
