An Intermediate QA Analyst reports to a QA Lead. Works closely with QA lead, QA Subject Matter Experts, other QA members, Project managers, designers and developers to ensure QA standards and client satisfaction are delivered. He/She Provides execution of QA tasks with speed and great quality for the overall agility of the QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in detail oriented process, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of regulatory processes.

 

You will: 

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand the FUSE/MLR submission requirements and execute detailed processes for regulatory approval of websites.
  • Follow structured process and detailed guidelines for preparing website submission files (i.e., capturing website screenshots and adding annotations according to requirements)
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on progress via defined channels and tools (i.e., Azure DevOps). 

 

You have:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a QA/Business Analyst or other detail oriented, process focused role.
  • Proficiency in executing detailed processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify, isolate, and report issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
  • Use of Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Experience editing a CMS is a plus.
