  • Lead and support a team of Quality Control Auditors, ensuring accurate processing of rejected items and adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Maintain an organised workspace to promote productivity and consistent in quality standards.
  • Oversee data collection on rejects to aid in performance tracking and improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues.
  • Facilitate cross-training, support team development, and escalate issues as needed to uphold shift-wide quality expectations.
  • You will report into a Quality Shift Manager
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in quality control leadership role or a team leadership role within manufacturing or a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic numeracy, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Skilled in communication and collaboration, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present in meetings.
  • Proactive problem-solver, experienced in root cause analysis and driving improvements.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and positive, with a commitment to embodying company values in daily work.
