We are looking for a Recipe Tester to join our Quality Assurance Team in our Nordics Office in Copenhagen. As Recipe Tester, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of recipes. Reviewing, adjusting and re-cooking HelloFresh recipes is an essential part of the HelloFresh recipe testing process. Our ideal applicant is a foodie, detail-oriented, agile and process-driven with experience in a food-related business. They have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. They are able to think like a customer and change perspectives to effectively interpret business and consumer needs. 

• Test-cook recipes: test new recipes to ensure they can be realistically achieved, and will be enjoyed, by our customers. Offer constructive feedback on how recipes can be improved where necessary
• Validate recipes: check and proof-read recipes to ensure data and instructions are correct and adhere to internal style guide, ensuring they are easy to understand from a customer perspective
• Work with the Recipe development team: collaborate with recipe developers by sharing written recipe feedback in a constructive, timely manner
• Develop recipes: Duplicate successful concepts by leveraging existing high performing recipes, and adapt these recipes to the Nordic consumers' taste profile
• Validate new methods and ingredient applications: test potential new cooking methods involving newly onboarded ingredients 
• Please note - this role will include tasting and eating our recipes so will not be suitable for anyone with food intolerances, allergies, or dietary requirements. 

• 2+ years of relevant experience plus a culinary degree or a degree in Food/ Sensory Science
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• A collaborative attitude and are able to work well with diverse opinions and competing priorities
• Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder’s expectations
• A flexible mindset and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
• The ability to document findings in a clear and concise way, and present them to key stakeholders
• A self-starter mindset, initiative and get tasks done with a high degree of excellence
• Meticulous attention to detail and able to ensure timely execution of weekly tasks
• Excellent command of the English language is a must. Nordic languages are a plus
• Highly organized with a supreme attention to detail; you’ll triple confirm and cross check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it’s correct!
