Position Overview:

The Recruiter is a key member of the global HR Team, providing quality support to our internal stakeholders. Their coverage will span across Europe & Asia where they will provide needed support and management of Talent Acquisition.  This is an excellent opportunity for one to grow their TA & HR skills on a Global level as part of a rapidly growing global firm. This individual will be a trusted resource partnering with teams across all asset classes to strategically support organizational growth.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supporting full life cycle recruiting locally and partnering with the global talent acquisition team
  • Partner with various asset class team leads to provide sourcing and operational recruiting support
  • Conduct intake calls, set the sourcing strategy, interview and present candidates for a variety of positions
  • Be a talent advisor to the various non-US stakeholders
  • Coordinating and onboarding all new joiners with payroll (as applicable) and department managers with impeccable engagement
  • Act as the initial point of contact in HR/TA for international teams
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies and procedures
  • Manage all scheduling and coordination requests for open positions in non-US regions

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-4 years financial services recruitment experience with a desire to grow in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Extensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscape
  • Experience working with ATS, Greenhouse is preferred
