Mapp are searching for a Renewals Manager to join our team on a 5 month maternity cover contract in Milan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a dedicated, talented, successful Renewal Manager to join our high performing and well-established Client Services Team. Our Renewal Team is responsible for the retention and growth of our client base.

The ideal candidate will show demonstrable experience of managing accounts, building strong relationships both internally and with clients and have an in-depth understanding of the digital marketplace. You will be working alongside your Director of Revenues to successfully retain and grow your client base through helping your clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Strategic management and support of existing key accounts
  • Proactively manage the client life cycle
  • Support our key customers in the development of their digital marketing strategy
  • Coordinate regular communication with our customers
  • Product presentation before marketing decision-makers of large international companies
  • Advise clients on Mapp Digital’s products
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers on account management
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals, key performance metrics and exceed those goals
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage success, high customer satisfaction and renewal
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to long-term contract renewal
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight

THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • 3+ years' experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills across decision-makers at different levels
  • Perseverance and negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables as well as internal obligations
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
