The role...
  • As a Renewals Manager at Synthesia, you will drive our future growth by ensuring our existing client base renew with us while helping design a renewals process that is scalable and robust
  • You will work very closely with the commercial teams to create a cohesive renewal experience for existing customers
  • You are capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite
  • This is an ideal role for an individual who wants to expand their career with a fast-growing software company.

 

About you...
  • 3+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner, i.e. creating new processes and initiatives
  • You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the rest of the customer success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts.
  • You will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments
  • You will maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and accurately forecast renewal pricing, timing, and risks
  • You will negotiate and execute renewal contracts
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate
  • Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations, verify contracts, review terms and conditions
  • You will discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • You must be located in the NYC metro area

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 OTE ๐Ÿ’ฐ
