WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Revenue Success Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the efforts to maximize revenue through the strategic management of renewals, customer success, and partner teams. Located in Germany, you will lead these departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue through renewals, enhanced customer success initiatives, and effective partner management. Drive alignment between these departments and the broader organizational goals.
  • Renewal Management: Oversee the renewals process to ensure timely and effective renewals of contracts. Develop strategies to minimize churn and maximize retention rates.
  • Customer Success: Lead the Customer Success team to ensure clients receive outstanding support and service, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer lifetime value. Implement metrics to measure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners. Work closely with the Partners team to identify new partnership opportunities, manage existing partnerships, and leverage these relationships to drive revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and finance departments to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor team members across the renewals, customer success, and partners departments. Establish clear goals and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies in Germany and globally. Use insights to inform strategies and adapt plans as necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on key metrics related to renewals, customer success, and partner performance. Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the German market, business culture, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
