 It is important that you are able to work flexible hours as well as working on weekends and public holidays (shift basis).

• Daily Risk/AML reports and follow-ups of actions taken on such reports in order to detect and mitigate Risk and Chargebacks.
• Detect and escalate fraud cases, involving but not limited to Credit card fraud, Chargebacks, Bank Fraud, Money Laundering, Identity theft and Phishing accordingly.
• Checking customer accounts for Bonus Abuse, including but not limited to breaches in Promotion Terms and Conditions as well as other forms of Bonus Abuse that may be detected.
• Compile relevant data and reports daily/weekly/monthly as required to the Line Manager.
• Inform the Line Manager and rest of the team of Risk trends and come up with processes to counteract and detect such trends.
• File and follow up on internal suspicious reports, liaise with the respective line manager and/or AMLRO on AML cases accordingly.
• Handle Police Requests or any other regulatory reports that are required by the business.
• Ensure effective and appropriate communication between all the teams and with other departments
• Maintain a proactive approach in dealing with all customer application matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Head of Department.
