The Team & Role

The SaaS Operation Team is located in Chennai, India and is a part of the broader Corporate Operations IT Team. The team is responsible for the active management of all SaaS operations tools used within the Corporate Operation division. We are looking for Business Systems Analyst to be part of the team that is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-moving environment with a passions for solving customers problems using cutting-edge technologies

As a SaaS Business System Analyst,  you have a deep knowledge of SaaS operations solutions and capabilities to ensure consistent, efficient operation. The ideal candidate must be a creative, self-motivated individual who truly invests in our culture while leveraging their documented experience supporting SaaS operation tools to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

This position is based in Chennai, India. The expectation is that you will be in the office a minimum of three days a week while occasionally getting together with your team for office visits, events, or offsites. Of course, you’re welcome to come into the office more often if you’re nearby. 

What you’ll do

  • Identify, analyze and translate business requirements though written documentation
  • Implement and configure new efficiency and automation within our SaaS tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meets business needs and technical requirements
  • Introduce best practices when training users and/or configuring the SaaS tools
  • Conduct training sessions with end users/internal teams , including new release upgrades
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders and communicate appropriate status, risks and issues
  • Contribute to the development of project plans 
  • Execute and effectively document test to sign-off on solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills to perform demo and present solutions to the clients
  • Be able to document requirements and communicate workflow through diagram designs.
  • Understanding of concepts of data modeling and system configuration
  • Proficient in google products
  • Strong communication skills.

Your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4  years of experience or combination of education and/or experience
  • 3+ years experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting cutting edge technologies
  • 3+ years experience with enterprise software implementations or Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS applications
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes.  Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to business process thay may not be well understood by customers themselves
