Reporting to the GTM Revenue Systems Senior Lead you will have a broad remit and the unique opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• You will own the administration and integration of our tech stack (Salesforce, Groove, Gong, Highspot etc.)
• Develop our tool landscape as part of larger implementation projects
• Work directly with stakeholders, create a platform roadmap and define priorities
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, find scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Providing first-level support and expertise for our 600+ Salesforce users
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder preferable
• Excellent communication and stakeholders relationship building skills
• Experience leading high-impact projects and system improvement initiatives in a high-growth environment
• You enjoy working in a team sharing your knowledge
• You have very good knowledge of English (C1 level)
