Are you passionate about CRM systems and Salesforce? So we are looking for you as a Salesforce expert (m/f/d) in Munich, who will support EGYM in getting the maximum efficiency and productivity out of our CRM. We are looking forward to your application!
- Salesforce Development & Maintenance: You are responsible for the worldwide maintenance and development of an efficient and effective Salesforce instance
- Process Improvement: You support the Global Process Owners with their vision to streamline and standardize the different process based on Sales/Service/Marketing cloud in Salesforce, and are responsible for the continuous improvement of all Salesforce processes/development
- Coordination: You coordinate the internal Salesforce key users as well as the external project partners
- Integration: You work with SAP and integration experts to orchestrate our IT ecosystem to ensure systems and processes are congruent and aligned
- User Support: You support users by providing documentation and comprehensive training
- Communication: You are responsible for internal Salesforce system communications, i.e. bug fixes, new features and product updates to key stakeholders
- Solution design: You provide design solutioning based on problem statements/tickets raised by end users
- Professional Experience: You have 3+ experience as a Salesforce developer or advance administrator
- Best Practices: You work independently according to the latest Salesforce best practices
- Deployment & Project Management: You have experience in deployment / CI-CD (ideally including using git/Vscode) as well as in dealing with project management and support systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk)
- Data Modeling & Development: You possess experience in data modeling and basic knowledge in Custom Development is a Plus
- Automation Tools: You have in-depth knowledge of automation tools (primarily Flows) and their application in complex orgs.
- Communication: You have strong communication skills and are interested in designing processes in an internationally growing company
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You have a problem-solving mindset that helps you analyze problems and recommend a solution, including an action plan
- Stakeholder Relationships: You establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ticket Management: You manage administrative tasks and Tier2/3 tickets in a timely manner with requestor satisfaction of min. 4,5 / 5
- Data Quality: You determine and implement "First Time Right" data quality controls in the system
- Data Management: You perform required data cleansing, setting up validation rules, creating reports, compiling dashboards and setting up automations in alignment with process strategy
