What You'll Do:

We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Salesforce CPQ Specialist. The CPQ Specialist serves as subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote Implementation. The CPQ Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop pricing models, and deliver high-quality CPQ solutions.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization specifications
  • Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and contract management processes
  • Collaborate with  cross-functional teams to ensure effective CPQ solutions that align with business needs
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ functionality, including pricing rules, product bundling, and discounting structures
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce CPQ solutions
  • Provide training and support to end users, enabling them to effectively utilize Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce CPQ releases and industry best practices
  • Be recognized as a functional CPQ expert.
  • Administration of the Salesforce environment including customizing and implementing, security model, custom applications, object Management, Lightning App Builder, workflow rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and so on
  • Understanding of SFDC functionality with an emphasis on CPQ related objects in the Sales Cloud
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, including product rules, pricing rules, and approval processes
  • Required Salesforce CPQ Specialist with 3 to 6 Years of experience
  • Preferred CPQ hands-on experience, assist in hands-on solution design, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration and deployment required to support current implementation.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of the configuration of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, and record types).
  • Thorough knowledge of delivering projects in an agile scrum environment
  • Salesforce CPQ certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable
