What you’ll be spending your time on:
The new addition to our Department will be working with world leading schemes, understanding compliance & regulatory requirements related to card issuing and support the configuration of Payoneer different products.
Working closely with various internal Payoneer Departments and partners:
- MC Europe, MC USA,
- PSP and ACS providers
- Compliance & Legal Teams on scheme regulations.
- Project and Product Management Teams : implementing new products mandated by schemes in Payoneer
- Other Operational teams like:, Risk (Chargeback) Finance (Reconciliation) Payoneer teams abroad, Processing team and Fulfillment houses

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Regularly review Mastercard bulletins, standards, and announcements.
- Analysis updates implications on the company’s operations and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage compliance-/tech-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of compliance requirements and operational changes
- Collaboration with internal teams to implement necessary changes to comply with Mastercard standards.
- Communication of updates and implications to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitoring for new Mastercard bulletins and standards.
- Evaluation the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SQL-basic is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of EMV (Europay, Mastercard, and Visa) technology and its implications for card operations.
- Project management skills, including the ability to lead projects and coordinate with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
