• Facilitate the Scrum process for one or/and more Agile teams, creating a productive environment;
• Agile team coaching, sharing of principles and practices and introduction of Scrum ideology;
• Organization and facilitation of meetings;
• Ensuring the efficient execution of the Scrum process in the development team;
• Promoting a Scrum culture for continuous improvement in the team;
• Establish proper communication between the development team and other roles within the company;
• Working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field; A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience working as an SM/Agile Coach;
• Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology;
• Possession of Scrum Master or equivalent certificate(s) in Agile direction;
• Effective communication and facilitation skills;
• Ability to conduct negotiations well and to cope with difficult tasks;
• Good organizational skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Focus on continuous development.
