The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Account Manager within the Airbnb for Real Estate team, your primary focus will be to create long-term, trusting relationships with an assigned group of clients.  The Senior Account Manager will actively manage and nurture partners to drive expansion of the business and produce high client satisfaction scores for our product and performance. You will liaise with cross functional teams, including Product, Legal, Marketing, and Program Management to improve the overall experience and results for our partners.  You will collaborate with others on the GTM team as well as cross functional teams to achieve key business outcomes while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our product and services in the long-run. In every aspect of this role you are measured on the ability to drive high client satisfaction and negative churn leveraging data analysis, active listening and strong relationships. There is a tremendous opportunity to grow in this position working directly with our Head of Account Management. You’ll be helping us build and support our growing Real Estate programs and list of clients!

A Typical Day: 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, effectively building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. 
  • Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. 
  • Execute on monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with customers in order to grow and retain business. 
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet  targets. 
  • Develop, forecast, and track key account metrics including preparing reports on account statuses. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the business and through referrals. 
  • Take the lead on challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Your Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience with working knowledge of real estate acquisitions, development, finance, hospitality and/or multifamily operations is strongly preferable. 
  • Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding key performance objectives. 
  • Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Consultative approach to solving problems and presenting solutions. 
  • Talent for distilling meaning from data and then presenting information clearly and concisely. 
  • Positive and motivated attitude with a willingness to work effectively with others. 
  • Expected travel for the role is approximately 40% at peak period.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range$136,000—$157,500 USD
