Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the AP team to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are communicated.
• Review AP ledger to ensure accounts are up to date and any issues are raised with the vendor and managers.
• Oversee and assist with complex vendor, payment and invoice queries and working with business stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
• Mentor team members to meet individual and team KPI's.
• Assist with Month End activities, special projects and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management, including KPI metric analysis and project updates.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the AP process, having held a Senior AP clerk position previously for 1+ years'
• Experience within a high volume AP function.
• Strong system experience and knowledge of accounting packages and P2P
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional environment with tight deadline
• Excel (can perform complex functions) skills - Intermediate level
• Driven and self-sufficient in management of workload
