Office Based: London EC1V 7LQHours: 40 hour per week, Monday to Friday

As a Senior Analyst, you won't just analyse; you'll drive real-world speed improvements across our UK operations. Your primary mission? To unlock the full potential of our dropship supplier network through deep collaboration with Category Management and other internal teams.

Your Impact:
- Manage speed projects to improve actual order-to-ship / order-to-delivery speed globally.
- Actively integrate data, leveraging analytics to scope and implement levers to drive speed & reliability globally, and create monitoring tools to track progress.
- Build and nurture close partnerships with our Category Management team to ensure successful implementation of driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with other global cross-functional partners to drive team goals including Operations, Services, GSCI & Transportation.
- Coordinate peak planning initiatives for high volume events.
- Monitor and troubleshoot key performance indicators of speed and take corrective actions.
- Offer SME Speed Support for Category Management via slack, Infohub or required training.
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to leadership.
What You Bring:
- Proven success operating within an analytical focused role providing agile business insights for impactful business decisions. Ideally, within an operational/ supply chain environment.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering quantitative field; or be qualified by experience.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- A Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbally & in person), someone who can translate complex data in a clear and concise manner to quickly build strong and trusting stakeholder partnerships.
- The aptitude to effectively navigate IT systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
