About the job

This position is needed to help fuel insights to our EMEA Marketing team. You will be responsible for analytics across our B2B and B2C funnels, diving into our Marketing engine that powers developers across the world who use and love Twilio products, as well as surfacing high potential opportunities for our Sales teams.  You will be part of a highly visible Analytics team that serves as the trusted advisor to our regional VP of Marketing.  You will get to work with great minds across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance.  A truly horizontal role and opportunity to build strong relationships!

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build extensive knowledge of our lead funnel and customer journeys and translate them into insights for leadership. Your analyses will form the backbone of our strategic marketing decisions, enabling us to sharpen our focus and optimize our approaches.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations to the VP of Marketing and the broader marketing organization.
  • Work closely with sales strategy and analytics, global marketing, and customer engagement teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to market analysis and strategy implementation. 
  • Develop internal toolkits that enhance productivity of our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and reports that distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 5 years of analytical experience with fluency in analytics tools (e.g. Python, Looker, SQL, Tableau)
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data to uncover insights, and communicating to leadership teams to influence business strategy
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional teams and is adept at building relationships across diverse groups.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and improvement in marketing practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or similar fields will be highly regarded.

Location 

This role will be based remotely in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)
