Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team! Serve as a bridge between the functional business teams and our systems.

You will: 

  • Working with Zuora Revenue to build new requirements, troubleshoot issues during month end close. 
  • Performing administration, configuring, and implementing new revenue modules and features. 
  • Deliver functional and technical specifications that include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to business users and development staff. 
  • Conduct gap analysis between applications (e.g. Zuora billing with RevPro, RevPro with SAP…) and state customer requirements and collaborate with the team to estimate project impact. 
  • Work with business and Production support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes. Work with internal business users to demonstrate the changes to the system and ensure all relevant business needs are addressed. 
  • Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment offsite; Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously when required. 
  • Communication effectively both orally and in writing. Should be able to deliver with minimum handholding.

 

You have:

  • 5+ years of Revenue platform, SAP and other GL/ERP development experience in complex environments with multiple integrations. Any additional system knowledge on Salesforce, Avalara is positive. 
  • Prior work experience in the accounting field or with accounting teams and knowledge of general accounting principles (US GAAP).
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and Information Technology practices and methods.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree.
