As a Senior Casino Coordinator, you are responsible for executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for our casino products across specific markets to ensure optimal player engagement and satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure all customer interactions across various touchpoints are seamless and engaging.
  • Develop and Implement Promotional Terms: Draft terms and conditions for promotions and player activities to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Manage Promotion Rewards: Plan, construct, and test all promotional rewards. Ensure that all assets and bonuses are thoroughly QA'd, approved, and ready for deployment by the specified deadlines.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize JIRA to manage all gaming projects effectively. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all teams and stakeholders involved.
  • Website Oversight: Monitor our websites applications to confirm that all gaming content and promotions are optimized and displayed correctly for target markets. Coordinate with central teams for necessary updates.
  • Optimize Game Positioning: Strategically position games within the casino to maximize player engagement and revenue potential. Analyze player data and market trends to make informed decisions about game placement.
  • Identify and Address Efficiency Gaps: Analyze current campaign tools and processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Provide Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks and serve as the primary contact for queries or issues related to gaming operations.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Casino Manager in devising innovative promotions and player engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar executional role within gaming, digital or e-commerce or have performed a customer service role and prepared for a career progression.
  • Experience working in the Scandinavian market would be a bonus
  • Diligent, thorough, a good communicator and able to respect deadlines and team colleagues.
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills. 
  • Innovative self-starter who loves a challenge.
