(Senior) CRM Manager (m/w/d)
You plan, create, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g., newsletters, automations, and lifecycle flows).
You continuously develop and refine our CRM strategy with a strong focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty.
You analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV) and derive data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
You design and manage A/B tests to continuously improve our CRM initiatives.
You actively contribute to improving the customer experience in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
You have several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
You have experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV).
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, as well as A/B testing and segmentation, is a plus.
