Senior Data Analyst
JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The Sr. Security Data Analyst is responsible for assisting the Security organization with data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting of key risk and performance indicators. This individual plays a key role in providing insight for management to make informed data-driven risk decisions. The Sr. Data Analyst will provide key information to management by using statistical tools to interpret data sets, and preparing reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant findings. The Sr. Data Analyst will also assist in the development and enhancement of new and recurring program reporting requirements and deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Support development, monitoring, and management of outcome driven key risk indicators (KRIs) and
key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Security Program.
Structure large data sets for analysis using Tableau, SQL, Excel or other reporting tools to find
patterns and actionable insights, including analyzing and interpreting data to identify anomalies, trends, and
opportunities for improvements.
Verify integrity and completeness of data used for analysis; including, follow-up on action plans and
issues for KRI/KPI metrics as needed.
Partner with key stakeholders to continue to identify meaningful measures and develop plans for
onboarding, enhancing, or descoping metrics.
Support development and delivery of Security program data analytics and reporting requirements;
including the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc customized metric dashboards and reports to
senior management.
Support source system integration initiatives to increase automation for ongoing KRI/KPI metrics
reporting.
Work with various analytic toolsets to provide data-driven solutions and high-level insights to senior
management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or other related business discipline
preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Tableau and Service Now preferred
Tableau Data Analyst, Security+, or CISSP preferred
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in a data analytics and reporting role
Microsoft Office – Proficient with products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Proficient in SQL/R/Python or other programming languages

Ability to work independently or with teams to accomplish goals.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
