At Culture Amp we’re rapidly growing our data science capabilities. As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll work in a research team alongside People Scientists and other Data scientists to learn from our customer data how we can transform the world of work. You will work across the research process - crafting key questions for study, identifying the right types of analyses, completing those analyses, and supporting the development of the resulting narrative
As a valued member of the research team, you will:
- Work closely with people scientists and other data scientists to analyze patterns in workplace data across customers and external data
- Perform exploratory and longitudinal analysis on employee survey data spanning the whole lifecycle, uncovering useful insights about employee culture, workplace challenges and successes
- Lead research projects, mentoring other data scientists
You have
- Strong understanding of statistical models, experimental design, statistical testing and machine learning model validation.
- Advanced SQL for descriptive analytics, preferably with a big data system like Athena, Redshift or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Python in the data science space - Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodel, Sklearn, Scipy. Also experience with machine learning libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, Transformers, Bert, LLM Google Vertex.
- Knowledge of some visualization techniques like Google sheet graphs, pivot tables,, Seaborn, Plotly, Looker, Tableau/powerBI
