What you will be doing:

  • Creating and adapting layouts for print, POS, in‑store materials, weekly folders, and CLV (shelf cards).
  • Formatting, versioning, and resizing assets for digital, social, DOOH, and wider campaign materials.
  • Applying style guides, key visuals, and templates provided by TBWA and internal brand teams.
  • Executing weekly promotional updates with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensuring technical precision across all production outputs (bleed, colour profiles, print specifications, template usage, etc.).
  • Collaborating with campaign, local market, and CLV teams to ensure all assets align with the overall campaign narrative.
  • Preparing print‑ready files and managing final technical adjustments.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of reusable templates to streamline production.
  • Acting as a senior point of quality control within the studio and supporting junior DTP colleagues when needed

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in DTP/production design, preferably within retail or FMCG environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Experience working in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel‑perfect work.
